I ordered from shoebuy.com using a $10 off coupon, which was great! Or it would have been, had I not needed to exchange for another size. I ordered my exchange, but then received notice they were crediting my credit card instead of sending me the other size shoe that I requested. Then they told me it was just an error, and I would have to order again. I was given a 10% off coupon for my trouble - no $10 off on the new item, it would instead be $2.90 off. NO DEAL!

Great prices, free shipping and returns, what's not to like? They also often have coupons, a must for a good online merchant in my book!

My one complaint with this site is that they don't carry some brands of shoes that I regularly wear, which is disappointing.
