JCPenney is an overall great shopping experience. My packages are to my door in a blink! I have always had wonderful customer service! I had one problem with a bed I bought and they refunded immediately BEFORE the trucking company even picked it up! Excellent quality overall! I have placed countless orders here and keep going back for more! I love to check for the new markdowns every Monday and their special Wednesday deals!

I LOVE JCP online! So many great $ off and free ship codes not to mention points from Reward Shopping sites like MyPoints and FreeRide!
The actual JCP store in my area is so far from me so it's well worth if for me to shop online..and I usually find better deals online than in the actaul B&M Store! Bedding, towels, jewelry, sneakers, kitchen appliances, window treatments and even a pool table are some of the most recent things I've bought from them! Fast shipping and excellent sales and the Outlet! One of my favorite online stores!

I like the site, easy to move around on. I wait for the free shipping events, they give you a code to put in when you check-out, now there is a father's day free shippig going on, the code is - wp4dad it is free delivery on $49 or more.
